The Solid-State Drive cradle integrates a port that securely holds the USB-SATA adapter in place. I utilize an SSD as a cost-effective and lightweight external drive on my MacBook Air for travel. This cradle enables me to attach the drive and adapter as a single unit to my laptop without compromising any connection points. M3*8 screws are available to provide extra locking of the SSD to the cradle. Two design versions are offered, delivering the same functionality and dimensions.
