I have one aircraft where I need to remove the autopilot module (APM) so I can plug or unplug peripherals. Usually, attaching the APM with velcro would solve the problem, but I was worried it might affect the board's alignment.\nTo avoid this issue, I created a cradle for the APM. It stays attached to the aircraft and keeps the module securely in place at a precise reference position. The APM is held steady by a cable tie.
