**** Hold Off printing this as there are a few geometry errors that need to be fixed. I will be updating the STL file soon. ***

This was a quick and dirty remix of the original “CR-10 Smart CR6 Direct Drive Upgrade to Bondtech LGX Lite”. I found that the mounting holes on the extruder bracket are different between the CR10 Smart and the CR6-SE despite them both using a strain gauge for the ABL.

I know this remix is not perfect and has room to be improved but I'm happy with the result.

Points of note:

You will need to remove one of the ribbon retaining clips to fit everything as per the photo and I also fitted the LGX wiring in its own braided sleeving to make it easier to remove later if required.

All the rest of the setup and configuration is as per the original post.

https://www.printables.com/model/122750-cr-10-smart-and-cr6-se-direct-drive-upgrade-to-bon

also I found an alternative setup for the LGX light extruder for the CR6-SE on the Bondtech website that also had some useful information.

https://www.bondtech.se/2022/03/07/how-to-install-the-lgx-lite-on-creality-strain-gauge-carriages/

Happy upgrading
