I like the simplicity of this handle, it does what it's supposed to however at higher bed temps (80/90C+), PLA starts to soften and the handle can droop down a little, sometimes enough so that it catches on the y-belt end stop. Luckily I noticed this starting to happen, if you were unlucky and print was unattended you could find y stepper grinding the handle in to the raised stopper area. I have made the clips sturdier and thicker as this helps dissipate heat and for me stops any droop even at 100C bed temp, also made certain parts thicker and others thinner for decent y stop height clearance. Finally the handle sticks out more as I have a PEI sheet that made it difficult to get your fingers around Note the clips are now quite hard to push on (by design), if you're struggling just heat the clip area up briefly with a heat gun or lighter and gently widen the hole a little with a screwdriver shaft, when you get them on they will stay on, even a high bed temps. Kudos to NoNoCovid for the original design. .stl attached .
