Here is a quick upload of my direct drive for the CR6, its a bit more of a complicated direct drive conversion compared to my last direct drive setup, but I wanted to make the best direct drive X axis setup I could while maintaining the CR6 design and and functionality. It uses an orbiter v1.5, Dragon Hotend, dual 4010 blower fans, and MGN9H linear rail. It maintains the factory strain gauge. I've been using it for a few months and its been working great. I don't have time to do a full breakdown with instructions at the moment but wanted to make the CAD available for those that wanted to have a play. The CAD also includes MGN9 adapters for the Z axis that I designed and am also running and works great. Just a couple of notes to help out. You need to move the Z optical sensor down 10mm. Use a m3 bolt on the X carriage for the X endstop this allows you to adjust where it stops. It uses 2 MR85ZZ bearing for the pivot point that allows the strain gauge to work. See added pic for location. 1 x 330mm MGN9H for the X 1 x 350mm 2020 T slot extrusion for the X I got a 1120pcs Hex Socket screw set and some T nuts You do loose about 20mm in the Y axis, but have designed a linear rail conversion for the Y axis that should regain that. Ill release it once testing is complete. 2 x 400mm MGN9 rail will give you 245mm for the Z Or 2 x 420mm MGN9 rail should give you 260mm for the Z 4 x MGN9C carriage Printed in ABS at .2 layer height, .5 line width.
