CR5 Pi 3+4 and Relay mount
thingiverse
Created this pi and relay mount for my CR5 Pro. I intend on putting in an SKR board and run Klipper. The slot is for mounting on the factory ground point under the base and this should mount to any generic Meanwell style side mount on the power supply. I have included the original version as seen in the pictures that will require cutting or crushing a ziptie mount under the plate labeled as V1. To run a USB from the Pi to the stock board you will have to create a USB cable to fit through the side vents of the case or cut a hole in the case to fit a standard USB whether it is a bulkhead connection or a full cable. I chose to cut one of the fan ribs on the bottom to run a 16" cable. You can also elect to buy a board with an auxiliary serial input but I suggest doing plenty of research beforehand as this will require some level of programming. A quick search online and you can find resources that will make this a very painless copy-paste project. I am using a JBtek 4 relay module. Model #4450182. Mount dimensions are 41.25mm*66.25mm You are welcome to download and modify just link me in the remixes so I can try it out also. There is way too little support for these printers and they aren't even listed as an option on many websites. 4xm2.5 4xm3 3xm4 (I had spare philips screws that fit m3) Printing: 20% infill PLA .2 layer height
