I made CR123 baterrys magazine. To remove the battery, gently push it down and pull it out. It happens that the battery gets stuck in the magazine, then it is enough to gently hit it. Printed spring is not the best solution, so If you found metal one leave link in the comments section. You can also make this device and produce your own steel springs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5025291 For all parts I use 35% infill, print spring with 100%. You need supports only for bottom plate and tube (Use only the supports at the bottom to print the rail). !!! I made it for 17x34mm diameter, check your batterrys before printing !!!
