I redesigned the Cornely_Cool tension body because the original version didn't work on my CR10S4 due to its height, which caused the carriage to crash into it. To solve this issue, I modified the design so that the y-carriage will no longer collide with the tensioner. The screw and knob remain from the original Cornely_Cool design.
