I encountered issues lowering the hotend sufficiently after switching from a glass plate to a polyurethane one. The X gantry kept colliding with the stepper mounts for the Z axis. I designed new Z axis stepper motor mounts, providing additional clearance, which enabled me to reach all the way down to the buildplate safely.\r\n\r\nPrinting requires 100% infill and can be done using PETG/ABS or Polycarbonate materials effectively.
