CR10S Titan Aero mount with BLTouch and Volcano hot end with filament sensor

I recently upgraded my Creality CR10S to a Titan Aero direct drive extruder with a Volcano hot end, replacing the old BLTouch bed leveling sensor I was using beforehand. Initially, I struggled to find a suitable mount that would work seamlessly with both the Volcano hot end and the BLTouch sensor on Thingiverse, leading me to create my own custom mount after scouring various designs. Although my cobbled-together solution functioned adequately for about 10 days, it ultimately failed to meet my expectations due to its inability to accommodate the filament runout sensor effectively. The sensor required a closer proximity to the extruder in order to accurately detect filament runouts, which is why I set out to design a more suitable mount. After considerable trial and error, I finally developed a working design that not only accommodates 3.00 millimeter filament but also has an updated version available for 1.75 mm filament users. Furthermore, I've incorporated a part cooling fan duct into the design that can be used with or without the BLTouch sensor. Throughout this project, I've continued to refine and update my design to better meet user needs, including extending the distance between the extruder and the filament runout sensor for improved performance. Additionally, I've created alternative designs using third-party filament runout sensors that can be purchased from online marketplaces like Amazon or AliExpress. To further enhance this design, I've also developed a mount that specifically caters to the modified Creality filament runout sensor (3 mm), which utilizes a roller switch instead of the standard lever microswitch.
