Materials: QTY 1 - 400mm MGN12 linear rail with linear bearing QTY 16 - M3x8 for rail mount QTY 16 - T-nuts for rail mount QTY 4 - M3x12 to mount back plate to linear bearing QTY 4 - M3x45 for x axis stepper motor Print parts 1-4 Stock Metal Part Modifications: 1) Tensioner bracket - Shorten ~8mm (see picture) Note: Length may vary based on GT2 belt slack. The cut end needs to line up with the linear rail end since there will only be one bolt holding the tension of the belt. A second bolt isn't needed to hold tension because the linear rail constrains the tensioner. (Suggested tools: Band saw, angle grinder, bench grinder ect) 2) Hot End Back plate - drill four holes to mount the stock back plate to the rail. The two BL touch bolts heads are the reference point for drilling the holes.
