Cr10s Pro V2 Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
This is my solution to the issue with Cr10s Pro Y belt not being able to be adjusted leading to wearing and breaking of the belt and bearings.Print the Screw piece in something that doesn't creep as its under high tension and PLA will start to creep and deform.I used carbon fiber PETG.Hardware neededIdler gear with 3mm bearing and 12mm diameter for the beltM3 18mm screw and hex nut for the idler gear (no teeth)m4 22mm screw do act as the lead screwm4 large nut to adjust the tension (could print one with m4 threaded insert inside2x M4 22mm to fasten the bracket to the frameDesigned to fit original belt length so if replacing a belt like I did cut to the same length
