My second attempt at crafting something new. I aimed to create a mount for my PI running OctoPrint. Using the two cap screws on the side of the case was the way to go. Two M3x8 screws and two M3 nuts were used to secure the case to the bracket in place. The nuts rest snugly in a channel at the back of the bracket. While I might have improved the tolerances for the channel, my impatience got the better of me. It works just fine though. One thing that concerns me is whether all PI cases have the same mounting holes. There's 24mm of adjustment available side to side. I opted for this kit from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BC7BMHY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Short USB cables were needed, and these ones from Amazon fit the bill. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P8C2XVX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 No special printing requirements are necessary since it's not a stressed component. You will need to use supports just for the back channel to the build plate. PLA was used, with a .2 layer height and 22% fill.
