My design of a basic fang style single plenum fan duct showcases a crucial modification that requires socket head cap screws to secure the two back plane screws. This design has been thoroughly tested with an overhang of 70 degrees, as depicted in the accompanying image. The duct system I've designed offers significantly more clearance from the heat block when printed in PLA material. With this feature, you can easily print a duct that fits your specific needs. As of August 11, 2019, I have uploaded Fusion 360 files to the platform for easy customization by users like yourself.
