ToddWorld @ twHomeShow.com Hello 3D Printers, This is my version of an extruder feeder wheel designed to make it easy for filament to glide into the filament extruder sensor block. This allows the filament to move in-and-out during extrusions and retractions without leaving scrapings that fall off from the filament. MUCH LESS PLA dusting builds up going into the extruder! This filament pulley wheel works BEST with a 608 bearing that can be easily purchased here: https://amzn.to/2TIpwuo I've included a short video below showing how to install the 608 bearing easily. I designed this after searching for solutions and making several designs.
