CR10s-PRO BMG Direct Drive with ABL, BL Touch CR 10S PRO

This is my version of a direct drive setup for the CR10s-Pro using a BMG extruder and E3D V6 hotend. I designed this with the intention of the BMG extruder being coupled directly to the E3D V6 hotend without a piece of PTFE bridging the gap. I also wanted a setup that allowed easy access to the BMG extruder and kept a minimal footprint. This design is specifically tailored for the CR10s-Pro and will not work with the stock hotend or a Micro Swiss style hotend. The use of the stock cooling fan found on the E3D V6 allows for an overall profile that remains small in size. The part cooling fan comes in two different styles. One style fits a 3mm x 5.5mm knurled nut insert, while the other uses a nut pocket for a 3mm hex nut. The part cooling fan is designed to fit a 5015 blower and shares one mounting screw with the BMG extruder. This basic design for testing out the mount will likely undergo future revisions to the fan duct. The mounting plate supports both the stock capacitive probe as well as an 18mm inductive probe. The probe is held firmly in place by a single 3mm set screw. The mounting plate attaches securely to the stock X Gantry with two 3mm x 10mm screws. Overall, this mount is incredibly sturdy and the part cooling fan mount matches the corner contour of the BMG extruder perfectly, preventing it from moving while only being single-point mounted. The mounting plate can accommodate both a pancake stepper motor and the larger stock extruder stepper motor. Future designs will include a BLTouch option, wire management, a fan duct for volcano hotend, and an upgraded part cooling duct.
