I wanted to mount the CR10S filament sensor above my custom-built enclosure. Since I couldn't find an acceptable solution, I adapted the design from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2875859 into a simple yet highly effective top filament sensor holder. * To start, remove the sensor PCB from the standard CR10S filament holder by taking out its 3 screws. * Next, use these same screws to assemble the new holder. * Drill a 10mm hole in the top plate and press the sensor holder into it from above. * From below, insert the grommet to prevent wood dust from contaminating the enclosure's interior. * If you're curious, I'm using the "Ultimate Spool Holder" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554) as my spool holder and it integrates perfectly with this setup. * I designed everything assuming a top plate thickness of 18mm, with 9mm pressed-in portions for both the top and bottom parts.
