I made an extruder knob for my CR10S that features a Wu-Tang Clan logo to give it some extra flair. The knob is crafted from PETG filament and turned out flawlessly, providing a precise fit onto the extruder shaft and functioning smoothly for manual control of the filament. To print this knob, simply rotate it 90 degrees around its X-axis so that it lies flat on one face. However, if you're printing at maximum height on your printer, be sure to remove the knob first, as it could potentially collide with the top Z-axis mount and there's only a tiny amount of clearance between them. Update: I've also discovered that this design works perfectly for Anycubic i3 Mega printers, so it likely adapts well to most extruders with D-shaped shafts.
