A remix of @greg191134's design caught my attention, and I thought it looked like a clean, easy-to-assemble design. Greg's design stands out for its cleanliness and rigidity, making it perfect for assembling once and leaving it alone. Our printers get used daily, but sometimes things go wrong, and we need an easy, reliable way to disassemble and reassemble without worrying about plastic threads stripping or having to cut wires and solder due to embedded cable routing. In summary, I remixed Greg's design to incorporate brass threaded inserts (M3). I also changed the fan cable routing on the front so it's free and not embedded. Additionally, I added more clearance for the heat sink fan, an EzABL probe mount, space for an e3d collet clip above the heatsink to lock in place the PTFE tube, and heat sink exhaust channels to encourage smoother air flow of hot air. I also added a TH3D EzABL probe mount. The photos of installation and final assembled printer are from version 1 and don't reflect the changes made in version 2. Created on April 23rd, 2019 V2 - Version 2 Increased heat sink fan cavity size as the previous one was too tight causing the fan to bind when tightening the front housing to the back. Added brass heat set insert for the fan mount, Switched Probe mount to a vertical V groove vs Horizontal and decreased overall size. Added Heatsink Exhaust channels to encourage smooth air flow exiting rather than buffeting around the probe mount. Added space for a e3d collet clip above the heatsink so the bowden tube can be properly locked in place and remove any slop. Probe offset is: X+48, Y-2 Updated on July 16th, 2019 Added ezABL pro mount, as the adjustment screw is on the side needed to create a cut out that allows access.
