This is my custom-built wire management system and downward filament guide, specifically designed for my CR-10s printer, which I purchased in 2017. Although I've been utilizing this assembly since 2018 without any problems, it still requires a clip to secure the x-axis cables, and I haven't created a new filament sensor block that screws down. Despite being fully functional, I consider this design a work in progress. Important notes: - This design necessitates cable extensions. - Print-to-print connections require 1/8-inch diameter, 5/8-inch long flat head screws (a total of seven). - A tight-fitting Bowden tube is necessary for the filament guide. - For optimal performance, I recommend using 16 links for the Y-axis cables and five links for the gantry cables.
