CR10-v2 Petsfang mount

Imagine my surprise when I go to print out a Petsfang for my latest printer, only to find the Petsfang doesn't include a mount for the CR10-v2! Found FaultyData's Direct Drive mod and decide to use that as the basis for mounting the stock v6 style hotend for the Petsfang. Changes to <b>CR10-V2_Petsfang_DD_adapter_plate_V3</b>: <ul><li>Widened the adapter plate a few MM to better match the rear of the of <b>CR10_E3DV6_MANUAL_BASE_V7.5</b> mount <li>Trimmed the top of the lower right tab to fit under <b>CR10_E3DV6_MANUAL_BASE_V7.5</b> mount</ul> The only remaining issue was the left hole for mounting <b>CR10_E3DV6_MANUAL_BASE_V7.5</b> onto the adapter plate did not line up, elected to modify the base rather than change the layout of the adapter. Changes made to develop <b>CR10-v2 Petsfang mount.stl</b>: <ul><li>Moved left mounting hole further to the left to match adapter plate <li>Filled bolt hole in upper left, not needed with CR10-v2. <li>Removed semi-circular space in lower left, v2 lower v-wheel bolt does not line up to this location</ul> Included the unmodified DUCT and CAP files in this remix in case future versions from dpetsel might not be compatible.
