CR10 V2 direct drive filament sensor mount for nbenci's direct drive mod

This is a print head mount for the CR10 V2's filament sensor designed to fit the CR10-V2 Direct drive mount (for stock extruder) by nbenci-thing#4032096. It utilizes the two mounting holes for the Creality "factory" BL Touch (metal mount) as a location to install the sensor mount. Two versions of the vertical mounting bar are available. One version is designed for use without a BL touch installed, while the other allows use of the factory's metal BL Touch mount and features a recess to fit over the metal BL Touch mount (longer 3mm screws will be necessary). Additionally, you will need to fabricate an extension cable to connect the sensor to the original connection on the X arm extruder mount. BE VERY CAREFUL when constructing and wiring it properly, as I destroyed my motherboard by accidentally shorting two of the wires together while power was applied - ensure it is free to move with the hot end to both ends and does not get tangled up in any moving parts. It needs to be reasonably sturdy, but standard PLA should be sufficient with at least 20% infill. For those who use Fusion 360, I'm including the F3d files here so you can make any changes to the design that suit your needs for your own use.
