CR10 v2 Bowden Support
thingiverse
**NOTE** I've noticed the design might need slightly upscaled due to the inserts/studs not being as tight in the hot end bracket as it is in the printed bracket (you can see this in my picture how the bracket is slightly tilted.) My suggestion is using a screw on one side and an insert on the other. This offers a worry free secure fit with only the need to mess with one screw/nut. *** **UPDATE** - ADDED v1.1 which is just version 1 +the "CR10" cut out on it for fun After setting up my CR10 v2 I noticed the bowden tube had a sharp angle curve coming out of the hot end, probably smashed down from packaging during shipping. I was going to replace the tubing but figured maybe I'll make a little support to erected the tube to straighten out that hard curve. I actually created "v2" first, but had and issue ripping the studs off when trying to removal support material, but I also wanted to avoid needing support material. Enter "v1" This version you can use short M3 screws for a very secure fit. I also attached "insert" file to allow the use of press fit inserts to avoid needing supports as well as the use of screws since the other side of the hot end mount is tight fit to getting a nut on. This makes installation fast and simple without needing anything other than the printed part. IF THIS HELPS ANYONE LET ME KNOW OR POST YOUR MAKE. IT WILL MOTIVATE ME TO IMPROVE THE DESIGN IF I KNOW SOMEONE ELSE IS IN NEED.
