Update: Heatcreep problem solved - 30mm to 40mm fan adapter didn't work properly, causing less air to reach the heatsink and resulting in clogged filament. STL has been deleted; use standard V6 30x10 fan instead. I will create another adapter for 40mm fans in the future. Following parts are required for this mount: E3D Titan Extruder E3D Slim line Stepper motor This mount won't work with bigger motors, and I don't see why you need a larger one; I've tested it with a 1.2 nozzle at maximum flow volume for the Volcano, and after adjusting motor voltage to just over 1.1v, it performs great. E3D V6 with Volcano 5020 Part Cooling Fan/Blower This is not the standard 5015 blower; refer to the picture above. Standard V6 30x10mm fan A few screws may be needed. Picture instructions are available in PDF and in the pictures provided above.
