*** UPDATE *** Added left side lower mount - still trying to figure out how I managed that! Creality CR10 S5 Stabilizing Kit Mounts Technically Universal mounts due to adjustable top mount! I designed these using 123Design. The base mount has a twist of 29.4 degrees and a hole for a 10mm threaded rod. It can be attached to the frame of the CR10S5 with M5 bolts, approximately 15mm long. You may need 25mm long bolts if the bolt head doesn't fit in the recessed hole. (Should have measured the bolt head!) The top mount has slots for bolting it to the frame of the CR10S5. I chose slots instead of holes to arrange the top angle at a twisted 60.6 degrees, allowing the threaded rod to meet both mounts. This way, the top angle is much more forgiving when lining up the threaded rod. I ran these STLs through Cura with 50% infill. The 10mm threaded rod is quite heavy and very stiff, which is exactly what's needed for stabilizing the gantry properly. That's why I opted for 50% infill to handle the stress. I printed using PLA at 200 degrees Celsius and a heated bed at 40 degrees Celsius. Happy Printing!
