I created a quick drawing to replace my warped factory plate right away. 6061-T6 0.125" aluminum was used in its construction. This profile features standard-sized holes (0.100" and 0.063") designed specifically for cutting with a CNC water jet. A variety of finishing processes are required, including: * Opening the holes to size * Tapping the necessary holes (heat pad) * Countersinking * Deburring the holes and edges * Finishing the surface if desired Notably, the bed I received was actually larger than the stated 500mmx500mm dimensions. This might impact others; please let me know if you're affected too! The STL file is included for modeling purposes, while the DXF file can be used for CNC machining.
