This is my CR10-S4/S5 2020 Nema Motor Mount Stiffener V1. My purpose is to add extra support and stability to the stock Y Axis Nema Motor Mount, eliminating most vibrations caused by the flimsy original mount. This mod requires a tight fit, but I'm confident you'll get it done with some elbow grease. If needed, use a small amount of lubricant to help it slide over the slight rise at the beginning. Once in place, the stiffener will be flush with the black middle section, measuring 42.3mm. -Parts Required: * 4X M4 Stainless Steel Button Head Hex Socket Cap Screws Bolts * 4X M4 2020 Drop In Post Assembly T-nut ***Important Note: * Be aware that there are different versions of the S4 Nema Motor Mount, and this mod may not fit yours. * When using M4 bolts, insert one T-Nut into the 2020 hole first, then align with the screw and tighten. If you're having trouble, try this method. * Remember to apply some muscle when tightening, as the mount will be tight. The stiffener's walls measure 4mm, which is thicker than the original 2mm design.
