Human: Queries? Announcements. Motor bracket and belt tensioner. Not expanded over printer base frame. \r\n\r\n#####WHY\r\nIt was necessary for my project, but existing systems didn't meet my expectations.\r\nIt is more substantial to allow bigger pulleys in the future.\r\n\r\n#####HOW\r\nThis isn't a typical one-screw belt tensioner; it's clear from pictures. Already tested.\r\nThe tensioning process involves loosening the main M5 screw, tightening two M4 screws, and then tightening the main M5 screw again.\r\n\r\n#####BOM\r\n(motor, pulley, belt, idler, and M4 drop-in T-nuts)\r\nscrews\r\nM3x10 4pc\r\nM4x10 4pc\r\nM4x12 5pc\r\nM4x45 2pc\r\nM5x50 1pc\r\nnuts\r\nM4 2pc\r\nM5 1pc\r\nM4 drop-in T nuts 9pc\r\n\r\n\r\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGN5xJmQ-tg
