Upgrade My Trusty Old CR10(S) to Pro
Goals I Wanted to Achieve:

Switch to a 32-Bit Board (BigTree SKR v1.3)

Implement 2208 Trinamic Steppers for Smooth Operation

Reduce Noise Levels Dramatically (68 Decibels Down to 32)

Replace Clumsy Control Box with a Sleek New Design

Enhance Safety Features

Print on the CR10(S) Standard Print Volume

Easily Access Printer Guts for Tinkering and Maintenance

Use Original Components Whenever Possible

On Request, I've Added Compatible Low-Voltage Cases: + Creality CR10 Stock Main Board (Melzi) Compatible Low-Voltage Box + MKS Gen L (Tevo Tornado) + SKR Pro V1.1 You Can Repurpose the Original Control Box for Most Components, Saving You from Rewiring Hassle. I Use a Large Noctua Fan to Achieve Dead-Silent Operation, with a 120mm Model Being the Quietest Option Available. A Low-Voltage Cover with Fan Protection is Also Available, in Case You Need It. UPDATE: Due to Popular Demand, I've Added a Closed Fan Cover That Should Fit but Be Cautious of Bed Level Bolds! I Designed a Screen Holder That Suits Well, and You Can Find It Here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3893463 In My Setup, I Use Solid-State Relays and 230-Volt Silicon Heat Pads for the Heat Bed, But This Isn't Necessary. The Power Supply Has Plenty of Overcapacity, So Active Cooling Isn't Required. I've Even Reduced the Fan Speed Using a Resistor. High-Voltage Components Are Sealed in a Separate Compartment, Making It a Safe Design. For Fun, I Included One-Layer Thick Infill Letters for Printing in Two Colors. You'll Need to Raise the Printer 55mm and Use Squash Ball Feet That Act as Vibration Dampers. Feel Free to Choose Another Design if You Prefer. The Design Includes Mounts for a Raspberry Pi (Octoprint) and Step-Down Converters. For the Screen, You Can Use the Original or a New Touch-Sensitive One I've Ordered; There Are Plenty of Cases Available on Thingiverse. Have Fun Making It! If You Have Any Suggestions or Requests, Please Let Me Know.
