Hello everyone, I designed these spacers in Fusion 360 specifically for my Creality CR10-s printers. These spacers help maintain a perfect balance between the springs and metal bracket of the heated bed, allowing me to increase the tension of the springs and create extremely solid knobs. Lightweight generic springs often bend easily, which can cause the knob to shift during printing. I ordered these premium springs from Amazon that worked flawlessly after I installed the spacers. Since making this modification, I haven't had to level my CR10s even once. If you've also purchased those springs and are looking for a solution, you're in luck! I've created printable spacers that fit perfectly between the Amazon springs and your metal bracket, eliminating the need for a trip to the local hardware store for washers. I've included a design for a 1/8 inch x 1inch washer as well, so you can customize the number of washers to suit your needs. The pictures I provided are meant to give you an idea of where to place these spacers. Have fun printing!
