CR10 S Pro fan duc

To get my CR10s Pro v2 quieter I replaced the existing fans with new ones. However, after searching for a suitable replacement in 40x10 with 24V, I chose a 60x25 fan with 24V instead. I designed a custom holder to mount it without altering the original design of my printer significantly. The fan cover is inspired by the foplgeden project: Creality CR10s Pro Extended fan shroud (40x20mm fan). You can find it on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3832637. I'd like to thank Patrick Lammers for his excellent work! I added a cutout in the fan cover where an adapter can be glued in place. The adapter tapers from 60mm to 40mm and has the air outlet positioned exactly like the original CR10S Pro v2 fan. After researching, I decided to use the following fan: https://www.ebmpapst.com/de/products/compact-fans/axial-compact-fans/axial_compact_fans_detail.php?pID=53793. This fan is remarkably quiet (16dB) and stable, yet it's also powerful enough with a airflow of 21m3/h at 2500 rpm. I hope you find this helpful!
