CR10-S filament roler guide - compatible to OEM filament sensor
thingiverse
I'm using a CR10-S with the "Ender 3 Filament Roller Guide" and it's working perfectly, but I've got one problem - the filament sensor isn't cooperating. So, I decided to create this remix to fix the issue. It was designed quickly, but it works great with the original filament sensor that came with my CR10-S. Maybe it's a bit too tall in the X-axis, or maybe it's just perfect. Feel free to come up with a better design if you'd like. The current orientation is fine for printing, and there's no need for support. I designed this part so I can keep both the roller guide and sensor together as one single unit, making it easy to replace or remove them without using any screws. If you just want to use the filament sensor, then the "Ender 3 Filament Roller Guide" is a better option. **Note that this design only includes the holder - all other parts are included in the "Ender 3 Filament Roller Guide".** This part was printed with PLA, and I didn't use any screws for the roller. Instead, I designed a bolt in Tinkercad (3.3x16mm) and glued it into place using 100% infill. For my top spool holder, I'm using this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3051210 To prevent the filament sensor from moving during the print, thanks to RandoMax for finding a solution (see comments here and his make: https://www.thingiverse.com/make:725864 ) - it's available at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2897667
