This Fan duct fits to the original hotend fan shroud the older CR- and Ender-printers come with and works with a 5015 blower fan to increase parts cooling over the stock setup. It uses all the stock hardware except for a single M4x25 bolt + nut and the 5015 blower. Since it is mounted to the original housing it should fit with most hotends. Be aware that I just tested it with the MicroSwiss direct drive extruder & all metal hotend. In order to prevent the Part from bending because of the heat radiated from the bed and hotend it's best to print it out of something like PETG or ABS.
