CR10(s) Enclosure
thingiverse
Enclosure for the CR10(S) is designed, but any printer that fits within this size can easily be placed inside. A notable aspect of the CR10(S) enclosure is its maximum print height, which stands at 32cm due to the width of the enclosure and the raised x-axes. If you want to print taller than this, simply remove the top of the enclosure or make it 3 CM wider. Unfortunately, my enclosure is already built, so I won't be able to do either. The enclosure consists of two parts: the bottom where the printer rests on and the removable top for easy maintenance or placement. The Sketchup file contains all the necessary parts that can be printed yourself, including the wooden stands, floor, sides, and MDF 12mm thick top. For sizes, please refer to the Sketchup file. I will be uploading the remaining STL files for the 3D printable parts in a few days. For the windows and door, I used polycarbonate sheets that are 3mm thick. The specifications are as follows: * Two sides: 520 x 520 mm, €25 each * One door: 408 x 495 mm, €10 Polycarbonate is highly transparent and can withstand a lot of heat. I extended my RaspberryPi with a power switch and LED, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3399288. This enables a smooth shutdown and prevents the CR10S control unit from powering on via USB when in "shutdown - h" state.
