CR10 Prusa MK2S E3D Extruder Mashup

This is a Mashup of Geoff Sims' Mk2 Extruder clone, adapted for use with an 8mm inductive sensor mounted directly to the CR-10/Ender3/Clones X Carriage. The CR-10's hotend mounting locations are used to securely fasten the extruder in place. I modified the design to utilize another hex nut inserted from behind, providing additional cover mounting support. Note that all screw holes appear blocked, but this is due to my use of a 0.5mm layer to bridge the holes, eliminating the need for additional support materials. Simply push the screws through the layer during assembly. I also added a BLTouch version, although it remains untested at this time.
