Tired of struggling with your CR10's cumbersome control box? This mod is just what you need! Get rid of the control box once and for all by taking it off. Next, install all the electronics under the chassis, making sure to save all the original cables in the process. Give the screen a good fix, and ensure easy access to the USB and SD ports on the right side. Time Required: Four hours Tools Needed: * Four M3 nuts (Screen mount) * Four screws M3x20 mm (Screen mount) * Four screws M4 x 20 mm (Foot mounting on frame) * Three screws M5 x 10 (Melzi bracket mounting) * One fan, 60x60x10 mm, running at 12 volts * A soldering iron and thermowell You can reuse the rest of the screws and bolts from the original case. Tips: 1. Insert four M3 nuts on the "Screen Support" part. 2. Pause your printout at a height of 7 mm and place those nuts in their designated spots. 3. Next, insert Screws M4x20 mm on the "Feet" parts. 4. Stop your printout at 25 mm high and put those screws into their slots.
