After printing this, I wasn't impressed with the part's stability as it veered off to one side of the printer, so I decided to drill a hole on that side for secure fastening within the printer frame. To boost the part's strength while spanning the frame, I tweaked its width slightly to accommodate the printer trim without any warping, and I eliminated all holes from the top surface. If I had printed this in ABS plastic, it might not have been a problem, but with PLA, it was woefully inadequate, and I could easily foresee it cracking over time due to its inherent weakness.
