CR10 Leveling Knob for CR-10 S4 and S5

Leveling knob for Creality CR10 S4 and CR10 S5, it can also be used on the CR-10 and CR-10S. New v2.0 is 5mm shorter to avoid collision with plastic detailing rails. I created this knob for my CR-10 S4 which has two Y rails and bigger thingiverse knobs won't fit. I noticed all existing small knobs were very sharp on the edges and did not feel organic. I added a ring with an "<UP" text so you can remember which way is up when leveling the bed. Print them at 0.2mm layer height, 2mm wall thickness, 0% infill and no supports.
