Diameter extension for notoriously too small knobs of CR10 printer bed leveling screws. You will need 3x 75mm and 1x 40mm knob (close to the Y motor), or Just 4x 40mm. Try knob tester , (dia 25mm height 7mm) for fit to the original knob, if necessary expand to 102% or 103% when slicing.
