CR10 hotend extended cover

I've tinkered with this hotend cover to conceal unappealing wires. It's a remix because I've forgotten who originally created it, so I've included the original source code. Additionally, I discovered that the metal version produced an annoying humming noise due to slight fouling of the front fan, which drove me mad. The printed cover is in orange, but I recently acquired a new airbrush and gave it a sleek black finish.
