CR10 hotend extended cover

I've experimented with this hotend cover to conceal unappealing wires. It's a remix since I can't recall who created it, so I've included the source text as well. Furthermore, I discovered that the original metal one produced a humming noise due to slight fouling of the front fan, which really got on my nerves. Printed in orange initially, but then I acquired an airbrush and decided to give it a coat of black.
