CR10 Filament Sensor Housing

A new housing is available for the CR10S Filament Sensor, designed to address numerous issues with the stock moulded ABS housing. This housing requires three M3 x 16mm Cap head Hex bolts and three M3 nuts for installation. The clamp positions itself identically to the stock housing, providing a firm fit and precise tolerances. A variant of this housing is also available for users of the bulldog extruder. The housing utilizes the stock sensor and its mount screws. When securing the clamp in place, do not overtighten the bolts; instead, apply gentle pressure to each bolt until they are just snug. Available files include STLs of both the stock and bulldog versions of the housing, as well as sliced Gcode for printing on a CR10. Printing instructions: * Minimum 20% infill * Layer height: 0.2 mm * Four perimeters required * Supports only needed for the Body (platform touching) When drilling holes for cap screws, proceed with caution: apply gentle pressure, back out the screw, and repeat as necessary to prevent splitting the walls.
