CR10/Ender 3 - DC42 Differential IR height sensing board mount
thingiverse
Mount David Crocker's Mini Differential IR height sensing board on old style Creality print heads used on CR10/CR10s/Ender 3 printers and similar models. Visit https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/mini-height-sensor-board/ for a detailed description of the sensor and links to Duet3D, where you can purchase the sensor ready for mounting on this holder. To assemble the board, you'll need two M3 (6mm) screws and two M3 nuts to secure the sensor to the holder. Additionally, two M3 (10mm) screws are required to attach the holder with the fan cage. You have two options: print a single piece that may require support for nut holes or split it into two pieces and glue them together. STL files for both variants are available. I've also included the original OpenSCAD file, but be aware it's in German and lacks comments. If you need help understanding it, feel free to ask.
