CR10 Enclosure home made
thingiverse
I'm building my custom enclosure for my CR10S printer, specifically designed for printing ABS material. To do this, I'll need some lumber. Here's a list of the required materials: * 8 pieces of 18x18x76mm wood * 4 pieces of 18x18x60mm wood I also need to source some wooden boards: * 1 piece of 800x600x5mm wood * 2 pieces of 800x600x3mm wood * 4 pieces of 800x400x3mm wood Additionally, I'll require some wood screws for securing the printed parts to the frame. For the hinge axis, I can either use a 3mm diameter cylinder or a 3mm screw. There are two cuts required on the left window panel to provide clearance for the right window's hinge. The right window will slide along the frame, allowing for additional space inside the box if not secured vertically. Next, I need to print all parts and build a locking mechanism for the windows. Initially, the total cost of components without printing is approximately 25€.
