Cr10 Direct Drive upgrade

This is a collection of parts designed to convert my CR10 into a direct drive extruder printer. Be aware that this modification makes your printer very loud due to increased fan usage. OFFSET SPACER The Offset Spacer part not only creates the necessary clearance for the extruder, but also provides crucial support to the extruder instead of relying solely on two screws. (Print in PETG with 100% infill) UPPER DUCT 5015 Stock/PRO I've developed two different fan mounts (utilizing 5015 fans) - one for the CR10 and another for the CR10 PRO hotend. By replacing the stock CR10 hot end with the CR10 PRO version, I significantly reduced heat creep issues. These fan mounts are beneficial because they're a single print that combines both the part cooling fan and the hotend cooling fan. They have a relatively low profile and snap into place easily. To ensure secure attachment of the fans to the mount, I highly recommend using tape or glue. (Print in ABS/ASA for optimal temperature resistance) I used tree supports touching the build plate only. SPACER PLATE A Spacer Plate must be printed for each fan mount. This spacer plate enables the fan mounts to be printed flat. (Preferably print with PETG and 100% infill)
