CR10 Case for MKS GEN 1.4 Board

So I had to replace the control board on my CR-10 since it had fried itself, and luckily I already had a MKS GEN 1.4 board that I was planning to use on another printer, so I decided to go with that instead of buying a new one for the CR-10. After getting it up and running again, I figured I'd build a new case for the board since it wouldn't fit in the old one. I got my ideas from this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2422228 Since the GEN 1.4 doesn't have an SD card slot, I also picked up a 12864 graphic display. I suspected that the CR-10S board might have fried itself because it was powering both the heat bed and hot end, so I added mounts for two Simprio external Mosfets. I ended up using a Keenova heater for my bed, so I replaced one of the external mosfets with a solid state relay to control the heat bed, but left the mounting locations on the case so you can use either one.
