CR10 Bed Strain relief and rigid bed mounts

Strain relief and rigid bed mounts for CR10 and similar printers. Strain relief helps protect the bed cables, and rigid bed mounts replace springs (especially helpful if you are using auto bed leveling). Recommend printing with TPU with high shore hardness such as SainSmart TPU, with many walls and top and bottom layers for rigidity. For the bed mounts I would also use a high infill percentage to limit compressibility. If printing filaments that require a high bed temperature, insulate the bed mounts using cork or other insulator to keep them from deforming at high temps and under load. Bed mounts are 20mm high, except for the bed mount that sits on the strain relief. The strain relief has a bottom thickness of 1.5mm, so there is an 18.5mm tall bed mount for that corner.
