CR10 SPOOL HOLDER UPDATE 27 11 2018 Light as a feather! 2 23 NOV 2018 New parts - Shaft Reduced, Bolt, Washer, Cup and Ax 35.8/Ax 35.6 bearing housing Two versions of the Bearing Housing - AX 35.6 and AX 35.8. (inside diameter) Choose the best one for you based on your experience with your printer! 23 NOV 2018 Bearings fit well in position with a press fit, possibly requiring a 0.15 or 0.2 adjustment for better fit - specifically for Main Shaft only. A design error needs correction: the "securing" of the Main shaft must be stronger than the plug used currently. Securing is achieved through a self-threading screw! UPDATE coming soon. SHAFT - printing was too precise, with an offset of 0.3mm; however, the ball bearing is loose. The shaft has been modified by adding 0.05 offset for a tolerance of 0.1mm between shaft and bearing. Same adjustments apply to AX - new version AX_35.1 Design uses the CR 10 original metal bracket. Use two Ball Bearings ( :) ) 6202 - 15X35X11 or replace with bush/bearing print part.
