CR10/10S Z end-stop adjustment for Heavy-Duty Mount and E3D Volcano

thingiverse

Remix of Zep-To's Z-axis adjustable end-stop for the Creality CR10/CR10S. Changes from his design are as follows:

Designed for use with Chito's "CR-10 Heavy Duty customisable modular e3D V6 mount Volcano 5015 ABL" system, in which I'm using a Volcano hotend

The use of the Volcano hotend means you need to raise your z end-stop by several millimeters, which this design accomplishes (along with the other parts from Zep-To's original design)

Removed slot for nut and changed size of hole to accommodate heat-staked M4 threaded ferrule (for my fellow Plebians who don't have 35mm bolts in stock :) I used a 20mm bolt with great success)

NOTE: this part has the same fitment issues as the original design, so you will either need to modify the STL, scale it (CAREFULLY) in the slicer in only the X-axis (99% wasn't quite enough, but more might give you trouble threading your screws in to hold the limit switch board), or shave off a bit with a Dremel and sharp rasp/mill bit or files.

Please remix to fix fitment issues if you feel so inclined, and post it!
