I remade the mount to work on an Ender 3 Pro with Petsfang's Blokhead and E3 base. The original CRT and Petsfang BLT mounts placed the CR Touch too close to the Blokhead duct on the left side. This mounts a little further back and also has a longer adjustable screw arm to make it so you don't need to use washers/nuts By my measurements it has an offset from the hotend by X -48mm and Y -12mm.
